Data Retention Policy

We take data retention and security very seriously. Our policies are designed to minimize the data we handle and ensure that what we do retain is securely managed and disposed of appropriately when no longer needed.

Minimize Shared Data​

It is important to minimize the amount of data you share with us. Simply put, do not send us any data that is unnecessary, sensitive, or that you do not want to be observed. We encourage you to hash personal data before sending it to us, or consider not sending certain inputs at all. Additionally, you may find that sampling your agent runs—such as only sharing 10% of the runs—can provide sufficient observability without needing to share all data. The question then becomes, what do we do with the data we receive? Our retention policies outline the specifics.

Raw Data Retention​

We retain raw run data in an encrypted database for a maximum of 35 days. After this period, the data is deleted without exception. We are very serious about this policy; keeping data longer than necessary incurs costs, and we do not want or need it beyond this retention period. Deletion is a firm commitment.

Metrics Data Retention​

Metrics data is retained for 365 days, also stored in encrypted form within our database. After 365 days, these metrics are deleted without exception. If you require the retention of metrics data for a longer period, please contact us at sales@icrs.ai, and we can discuss potential options.

Data Recovery​

Please note that once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. There are no data recovery options. When we say the data is gone, it is simply gone.

Data Security​

All runs data is transferred to us in encrypted form to ensure its security during transmission. Both runs and metrics data are stored in an encrypted storage system provided by a trusted cloud provider located within the EU. We do not share any client data with third parties for any reason. Our commitment to data security is absolute and non-negotiable, as it should be.
